This website is designed to provide a variety of information for the members/property owners of the Sylva Vista Road Association. Other interested parties who might be interested in this community - such as potential property buyers and real estate agents - are also welcome to the site. Sylva Vista is a sub-division located in northern Jackson County, NC.

Minutes of Annual meetings, board meetings, a list of officers and a current copy of the Bylaws, a copy of the Restrictive Covenants and forms for property owners can all be found above.

It's at First Presbyterian Church.  46 Presbyterian Dr., Sylva. July 5th. at Noon.  Hope to see you there, feel free to bring a dish to share.
